Bartenders at Vermilion do it all. Our nine seat bar is the cornerstone of our restaurant, but it's the lounge, with it's five high tops, large island, and three banquette areas -- that give the bartender a real opportunity to come out from behind the stick and shine. Mixing a good cocktail is paramount, but for us so it the passion for hospitality. We offer the full lunch/dinner menu at the bar and expect the bar staff to be up to snuff on their knowledge of both the culinary offerings and our steps of service.
