Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a prep cook in a culinary-driven or fine-dining restaurant
- Eager to take direction and committed to learning and advancing within the industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a prep list efficiently from start to finish
- Outstanding professionalism - punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability is preferred
