You will be responsible for:

• Greeting all guests entering the restaurant and thanking all guests leaving the restaurant
• Ensuring reservations are prioritized and seated in a timely manner
• Hospitably managing walk-in guests and maintaining a waitlist as needed
• Clearly and politely communicating with guests about their table status
• Maintaining an organized floor by quickly and efficiently seating guests 
• Maintaining professional and warm guest communications 
• Communicating with service team and management
• Answering the phone during service and providing guests with needed information
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and front door area
