Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Host to join our team. If you have 3 + years of experience with Resy and know how to keep the floor running smoothly on a busy night, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and understands the importance of making every guest feel welcome from the moment they book a table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all reservations using Resy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and optimize the dining room layout for peak service times.
- Greet guests with warmth and hospitality, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
- Train and mentor junior reservationists to uphold La Collina's standards of service.
- Assist with managing guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience working with Resy.
- Strong understanding of restaurant floor operations, particularly in a high-volume setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $25.00) plus tips
