The James Beard Award winning bar in Williamsburg, Maison Premiere, is currently hiring barbacks to join and grow with our bar team.

The first step towards bartending with the James Beard Award Winning MP Bar team is to bar back. We take pride in having rigorous yet rewarding training programs, and some of our most successful bartenders joined our program with little to no experience. With a dual commitment from both our team and the right candidate, bar backing at Maison Premiere can be the first step at a rewarding career behind one of the most legendary bars in the industry.

A keen interest in craft cocktails, absinthe, wine, oysters, and seafood, plus an eagerness to learn more are important. We are looking for candidates that will passionately embody our brand, vision, and high level of hospitality, and act as ambassadors to our food and beverage programs.
