Midtown Athletic Club Chicago Is Hiring a Full-Time, Support Staff Team Member. This role will be trained to be able to fill Host, Support/Busser and Food Runner. The schedule will consist of a mix or morning and evening shifts, with open availability needed.
The Need to Know:
- Based on Experience the hourly pay for the position is $16.50 per hour plus tips. The tips average a pooled $40-$60 per day per associate based on hours worked.

- The Restaurant shifts begin at 7:30am open until 3:30pm.
- Afternoon and Evening Shifts begin at 3:00pm to 10:00pm depending on the shift needs.
- Associates are required to pass a background check as part of the onboarding process.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Setting Up for Success. Whether it be Host, Support or Runner, arriving on time and setting up the restaurant for service.
- Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary workspace
- Working with teammates to provide exceptional service and maintain a consistent and steady pacing for service and tables.
- Greet customers and answer questions
- Alert servers when tables are in need of attention
- Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves
- Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned
- Ensure availability of clean dishware
- Deliver food orders to a variety of customers in a timely manner
- Building lasting relationships with current members and staff through social interactions and conversation
- Stocking/inventory
