Open Call for our opening team at Otoro! We're going to be the first ever Kosher Fine Dining and Omakase Restaurant. We're looking to build our team, both FOH and BOH roles. Here are the roles we're hiring for:

- Host
- Server
- Kitchen Server
- Assistant Server
- Cooks
- Pastry Cooks

We're anticipating a very busy fall, as we are shooting for an early September opening. Experience in Fine Dining is highly preferred. Because we are a Kosher Restaurant, we will not be open for service on Friday nights, and will only reopen for an abbreviated service on Saturday, in keeping the Sabbath. We expect to be open for dinner for the rest of the week.
