Borgo is hosting an Open Call this Saturday for Bartenders, Servers and Assistant Servers for lunch and dinner!
Where: 124 E 27th St. b/w Park and Lexington
When: Saturday, May 3
Time: 12pm - 2:30pm
Borgo is the Marlow Collective's first restaurant in Manhattan and features an expansive dining room centered around a fireplace, an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, and an ambitious beverage program curated by industry veterans. We are seeking gifted hospitality professionals to join our team.
What to expect:

Successful candidates will have:
- 2+ years experience in high volume restaurants
- A demonstrably positive and friendly demeanor
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail and spatial awareness
- A professional and polished appearance
- A receptive and charitable attitude toward constructive feedback
- A strong sense of self and empathy toward others
- A willingness to deepen one’s knowledge of hospitality on every level

When applicable and lawful, we deduct the tip credit of $5.50 / hour from the NY State minimum wage of $16.50 / hour.
While performing the duties of the job, it is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
