Who You Are: We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team at (multi locations).… The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communicative skills, lead by example, and possess the ability to professionally uphold and maintain our standards of food, service & hospitality at multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and financial performance
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing systems and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
- Process invoices and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Communicate with GM & Owner regarding employee relations, corrective actions, engagement, onboarding, training and mentoring.
- Assist in facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Foscter and encourage a positive envirnment of outstanding team work, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
- Provide training, direction, guidance and performance feedback to staff.
Qualification:
- English / Spanish preferred
- Minimum 3 years high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Critical eye towards improving processes and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in P-Mix and P&L reports
- “Guest First” focused.
- Decisive delegating.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
