Because we are a private members club, and not open to the general public, you will notice our servers earn a set hourly wage that is not based on gratuity/tips, that is much higher than the standard lower tipped wage. This eliminates the uncertainty and unpredictability of working for fluctuating tips. This also ensures that our servers earn a good living wage, and that we deliver a consistent service and experience to our members and their guests. • Ability to multi-task a myriad floor responsibilities - including table marking, proper wine glass placement & general table maintenance
• Ability to speak confidently about menu items and offer guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages (spirits, cocktails, wine)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($30.00) plus tips
