We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team, ensuring top food quality and safety. A background in Thai cuisine is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency.
  • Inventory & Budget Management: Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage the kitchen budget to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.-
  • Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our kitchen team and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Other duties as assigned


What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or supervisory experience in high volume kitchen in a full-service restaurant environment. (Thai or Asian cuisine restaurant is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
