**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency.
- Inventory & Budget Management: Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage the kitchen budget to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.-
- Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our kitchen team and maintain high levels of performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or supervisory experience in high volume kitchen in a full-service restaurant environment. (Thai or Asian cuisine restaurant is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and communicate in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
