Bianca is hiring Hosts.
We’re looking for individuals who are warm, welcoming, and eager to create memorable impressions. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our hosts play a vital role in setting the tone for a seamless and gracious dining experience. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their hospitality career or looking for a great place to work that uses their problem-solving skills and is social, active and fun.
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Positive, friendly, and approachable
- Calm under pressure and quick with solutions
- Detail-oriented and able to manage reservations with ease
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
