Ernesto’s seeks experienced bartenders to join our opening team. Ernesto’s ever-changing menu will pay homage to the Basque region of Spain. We will offer an extensive list of Spanish and French low-intervention and natural wines, specialty cocktails, ciders and beers. We hope to balance esteemed New York City restaurant traditions with fresh hospitality principles.
New York City bartending experience is required.
Our bar will offer full dinner service and bartenders should balance warmth and gravitas to guide this experience. Potential candidates must be seasoned with expertise in classic and modern cocktails, spirits, sherry and cider. Additionally candidates should possess knife skills and expertise to create fresh, beautiful garnishes. Part and full time positions available.
