Sleeping Giant is looking for a part-time floor manager to join our teams!
THE ROLE:
As a member of the management team, you will help oversee daily operations at one or more Sleeping Giant bars. We're looking for a problem-solver, multi-tasker, and excellent communicator. This key leader will uphold Sleeping Giant standards of excellence in all areas, including team management, quality of service, workplace culture, and guest relations.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- An approachable leader who can motivate, manage and develop a large and diverse team
- Team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and brunch shifts
- Must be able to lift & carry at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as walking, bending & standing)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Hands-on management of day-to-day floor service
- Help oversee the FOH and BOH teams, working floor shifts creating a positive work environment, driving sales, motivating the team, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Foster a dynamic, enjoyable, and inclusive culture
- Maintain quality and standards of Sleeping Giant culture, food, drink, service, and atmosphere
- Other duties as needed

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $40.00)
