Requirements:

Minimum of two years experience as a bartender in a fine dining setting
Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits, with a focus on Japanese varieties preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including lunch and dinner shifts
Experience with cash handling, customer service, and problem-solving
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage guest needs

Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Prepare beverages, adhering to signature recipes and presentation standards
Accurately enter guest orders into Toast (POS system)
