Wanted: Speakeasy Bartenders
Nero, an exclusive, underground speakeasy, seeks bartenders to join our team. We focus on
creating innovative cocktails based in Roman lore and a fusion of Italian and Indian culinary
technique. Our space is a mix of a subterranean cocktail lounge and a ground-floor dining room,
creating a dynamic working environment. Our staff experience ranges from world-class cocktail
bars to local dive bars; our first priority is finding passionate individuals who emphasize
teamwork, then learning mechanics and hospitality technique together.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a bartender, server, or barback in a high-end establishment.
 Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
 A passion for the craft and a flair for the dramatic.
