Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting guests with seating arrangements and ensuring a smooth dining experience
- Managing the waitlist and coordinating with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient table turnovers
- Providing accurate information about the restaurant, menu options, and any daily specials
- Handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to the management as necessary
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, lobby, and restroom facilities
- Collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure effective communication and seamless operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
