Desired Qualifications:
- Natural confidence, presence, raport with guests
- the ability to diffuse and resolve confrontational situations
- 2-3 years of experience as Maître D', lead host, or leadership role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
- Experience with RESY reservations system
- Natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to complete tasks in a timely manner
- The ability to convey warmth to guests as they walk into the restaurant while being able to clearly articulate reservation details while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00) plus tips
