Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years as a Pizza Cook or related position in a top-rated restaurant or pizza concept
• Flexibility: Ability to work PM shifts
• Expertise: Background in Italian, Mediterranean, or California-inspired cuisine is a plus
• Skills: Experience with classic pizza sauces, techniques, and wood stone pizza oven is preferred
