CookNSolo, the Philadelphia hospitality group behind such celebrated concepts as Zahav, Laser Wolf, K’Far, Dizengoff, Goldie, Jaffa Bar, and Lilah Events is hiring a General Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced candidate to be a part of our dedicated staff. This person will join a management team whose mission is to create a nurturing, educational and exciting environment for the staff, so that they can extend that knowledge and energy to our guests.

A General Manager is expected to: 

• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, and take corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
• Work closely with your front of house and kitchen managers to oversee service, train line-level staff, communicate with the back of house team, and handle administrative tasks
• Have a desire to learn, a strong sense of empathy & hospitality, enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment
• Lead by example at all times
• Touch all tables and make connections with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectify any negative impressions
• Guarantee product quality and service standards are maintained at all times
• Collaborate with the entire management team, corporate team and ownership to develop, implement and execute restaurant priorities
• Process payroll and administer schedules

Starting salary is $75,000+, based on experience. 

5 years prior management experience required. Candidates with applicable General Manager experience preferred.
