Curtis Stone Events is looking for talented individuals to join our family and extend our events team down in San Diego / Del Mar, CA.

Applicants should have a high standard work ethic and possess fine dining experience with a natural attention to detail and desire to contribute an energetic and fun work environment.

Next big event is 7 days of service from 10/27 - 11/2/24 and we have breakfast and lunch shifts. 10/27 - 10/31 is breakfast only, so around 5 am - 12:00 pm and 10/31 - 11/2 would be lunch service at the race track so around 9/10 am - 5/6:30 pm. Please only apply if you can at least do 2-3 shifts that week, but if you want you can also work with us the full 6-8 shifts for those 2 weeks.

-Must be available to work a few shifts between 10/26 - 11/2 for the Breeder's Cup Horse Races.

-Ability to work swiftly in a high-volume setting

- Able to do wine service / basic cocktail and wine knowledge required

Also looking for porters, bartenders and cooks. If you have a friend, bring them along!
