Michelin Starred Aphotic is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Back Server. Chef Peter Hemsley has developed a network of local fishermen and purveyors to source some of the most sustainable and traceable seafood in the country. With these products, he crafts a nightly 10 course tasting menu that is served in a uniquely sleek and dark dining room.
As a Backserver, you will work directly under the Captains on the main dining room floor to ensure that our guest's needs are anticipated and met seamlessly.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
