Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Host with 2+ years of experience who embodies the hospitality, charm, and professionalism of Ballyhoo Hospitality. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, directing guests to the bar or restrooms, and maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room. You must have the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Petit Pomeroy Host's responsibilities include melding liveliness and creativity into a focused and collaborative environment. Potential candidates must pleasant, conscientious, and professional. They must have excellent hospitality instincts and competence with reservations management systems, preferably Resy.
They must operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service. Experience in a fine dining establishment and confidently displaying the feel-good hospitality that Ballyhoo is known for are both important for this position.
