What you will be doing:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and food items while providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of  ingredients or substituted ingredients. 
• Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise.
• Able to assist guests with product selections
• Ability to create a wide array of food and beverage offerings.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the Café during each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee machines and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of our products.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
