Obelix is an upscale French restaurant located in Chicago's River North neighborhood.  We are looking for a Full-Time General Manager to join our passionate team.  The General Manager will work in coordination with the Assisstant General Manager and the whole Kitchen Team to ensure the regular flow of service, while also creating and enforcing systems to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Job Duties:
* Daily Operation of the Restaurant
* Coordinating amongst all Front and Back of House Managers to present a united front.  
* Maintaining and Improving Service Standards
* Scheduling 
* Supply Ordering
*  Hiring / Firing / Onboarding
* Coordinating with the Office Manager to keep all managers/owners up-to-date on Food/Liquor and Labor Costs. 
* Menu Design / Printing
* Compiling FOH Tips
* Email Communication with Vendors / Guests / Etc.
* Duties may not be limited to the above
