The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club is on the hunt for a personable, experienced, and detail-oriented MANAGER to help lead our Chicago location.

From nurturing our incredible shuffleboard league, to running large corporate events, to hosting a bevy of birthday parties on the weekends, this job demands an extrovert who loves people and exhibits high emotional intelligence and wide-ranging interpersonal skills.

Must be comfortable on the floor, behind the bar, resolving conflicts and leading a staff of 25 charming and motivated individuals.

Our ideal candidate is engaged by the challenge and nuance in balancing the interests of the guests, the staff and the organization as a whole.

Hospitality-specific management experience is a must as well as an understanding of inventory and ordering for the facilites as well as the bar.
