Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.

• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations as needed.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.

• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen promptly.

• Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to proper presentation and timing standards.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.

• Check back with guests to ensure they have everything they need and to inquire about additional needs.

• Prepare and deliver guest checks, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate order delivery.

• Upsell additional menu items and promotions to guests when appropriate.

• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
