We are looking for the right person who can be a phenomenal bartender and also a phenomenal leader. Someone who can set the tone for the rest of staff by demonstrating speed and precise execution while maintaining quality of service as our top priority. Operations must run smoothly, and we must accomplish this while creating a fun and friendly work environment. At the end of the day, it must be fun for everyone. Our culture will continue to be what separates us from the pack, and this must remain our most cherished quality. The position requires a positive attitude, professional demeanor, solid communication, and most importantly attention to detail.
