Sample Job Duties:

• Hire, train, and supervise FOH & BOH employees.
• Create relationships with guests
• Work with Open Table to maximize reservations
• Work with Private Dining Coordinator and staff to execute in-house and off-site events
• Manage labor during the shift to meet labor cost targets
• Train staff in food and beverage knowledge and steps of service
• Supervise inventory and estimate food and beverage costs
• Scheduling
• POS Programming
• Work with the owner to establish sales and cost targets and develop a plan to execute.
• Work with the team to create a positive and fullfilling work environment
