Chef Anthony Chittum is seeking a Host for our Dupont Circle restaurant. Iron Gate features an ever-changing menu with Greek and Italian influences. Everything is made from scratch using only the best ingredients and features wood and charcoal cooking. Animals are butchered whole in house, seafood is sustainably sourced and there is a strong focus on supporting small local farms.
