Food server is a member of the Food & Beverage team. Requirements include: basic knowledge of food and beverage with 2 -3 years experience of being a server, keeping service standards in the highest regard, member relations and etiquette; knowledge of appropriate table settings, and menu items; communication skills; and the ability to carry trays. Welcome and greet members. Make all members feel comfortable to ensure their needs are attended to. Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability a must.
