**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead one of our restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, with at least 5 years of experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve financial goals and maintain budgetary controls.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
