We are looking for cooks who have previous experience and can: plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Job Requirements:
1. 1 year experience as a Cook at a Hotel or Restaurant.
2. Food handling certificate.
3. Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
4. Compute basic arithmetic.
5. Provide legible communication.
6. Comprehend and follow recipes.
7. Expand/condense recipes.
8. Ability to:
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize.
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Understand guest's service needs.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent Hotel data.
Desirable:
1. High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
2. Certification of Culinary training or apprenticeship.
3. Sanitation certificate.
4. Expand and condense recipes.
5. Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.
6. Previous guest relations training.
7. Artistic talent.
