Job Title: Executive Chef
Salary Range: $100-120k

Essential Duties:
- Conducting performance reviews and facilitating promotions, hiring, and development of kitchen staff
- Collaborating with the General Manager on risk management initiatives
- Supervising and training culinary team members
- Scheduling kitchen staff within labor forecasts and budgets
- Managing food inventory and ordering
- Monitoring food costs and implementing waste control measures
- Ensuring adherence to recipe standards and food safety protocols
- Maintaining equipment and sanitation standards
- Conducting regular inventories
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to foster a cohesive team environment and provide adequate training and workload distribution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC applications, preferably MS Office
- Effective English communication skills
- Proven track record in kitchen management
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently
- Stay updated on culinary trends and practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, with 6+ years of progressive chef experience
- Strong background in private events/banquets
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
