Calling all bartenders! The Low Horse is an elevated neighborhood bar that's bringing a diverse selection of whiskies and craft beer to Wicker Park. As a late-night tavern with no food, it will be open until 2am every night and 3am on Saturdays. The beverage menu focuses on 5-6 step cocktails delivered with speed and efficiency. Labor is lean so applicants should have experience and be comfortable working in fast-paced nightlife environments. Product knowledge of brown spirits is preferred but not required. 2-3 shifts a week is ideal. Please update resume in PDF format.
