Job Description:
As a Bartender at Casaléna, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing customer service, and contributing to a customer-first, positive bar experience.
Bartender:
- Drink preparation
- Mixing drinks based on customer requests, using cocktail shakers or beer taps, and creating new drinks or drink pairings
- Bar management
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, cleaning glasses and utensils, and restocking supplies
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, verifying their age and identification, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Cash handling
- Accepting payment from customers and accurately handling cash and credit card transactions
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures and complying with food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience with craft cocktails
- Wine knowledge
- Spirits knowledge
- Experience in a high volume, elevated environment
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
