Nobody’s Darling is seeking a Lead Bartender (LB) to work closely with the Beverage Manager (BM) and ownership. If you consider yourself to be an experienced bartender with a passion for great cocktails and a desire to cultivate a space of diversity and inclusion, this role may be for you!

Role and Responsibilities: 

The LB will report directly to the BM and ownership to uphold the bar’s policies and service standards while leading follower bartenders to execute our award-winning beverage program. Some responsibilities in this role will includes-

• Monitoring bar operations from open to close 
• Facilitating secure close of the bar at the end of business each day 

You may be a great fit if you have…

• 4+ years of bartending experience 

• 1+ year(s) as lead bartender
• Familiarity with the management of inventory to include ordering and restock 
• A proven knowledge and passion for mixology 
• The love for the “rush” of a fast-paced environment and the ability to creatively think under pressure 
• Solid customer service skills 
• A sense of purpose and satisfaction in bringing joy to others 
• The ability to take a “hands on” approach and lead by example 
• A team-oriented mindset 
• A desire to foster a supportive environment for all
