Job Details

We're a neighborhood spot in Logan Square looking for part time line cooks. Cara Cara Club is located in the heart of Logan Square, serving up coastal snacks, charcuterie, and more! Opened by the same folks behind the Chicago's bar hits: Sportsmans, Estereo, Nine Bar and Ludlow Liquors.

Skills:
Experience in charcuterie is a plus!
Line cooking experience, at least 1-2 years preferred.
Able to open and close a kitchen efficiently
Able to perform necessary prep, including sauces, meat prep, fryer, grill, and plancha maintenance etc
Able to arrive on time to shifts
Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Cleaning/Sanitation
Teamwork/Communication

$20/hr plus 10% of food sales in tips
