Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated Bussers who are passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to providing excellent service. The ideal candidates will be quick, efficient, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Refill water glasses and replenish bread and condiments as needed
• Remove used tableware, clean tables, and prepare them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, restrooms, and other areas as needed
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Busser in a fast-paced restaurant (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods
