As a restaurant manager, You will provide inspiring leadership to a team that can motivate them to work harder and more effectively. You will work with your team to develop strategies that reduce costs and increase sales within the company. You will ensure that patrons have a positive experience when dining in the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is very hands on in running service and guest oriented with a strong philosophy of Hospitality.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Hires and trains restaurant staff.
· Organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
· Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy.
· Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
· Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
· Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service.
· Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
· Oversees flow of service and positive guest experience
