We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee our operations. As the Floor Manager, you will oversee the dining room operations, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service. This role involves managing the front-of-house staff, coordinating with the kitchen, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a pleasant dining environment.

```Responsibilities```

- Manage the day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth service during shifts.

- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience, address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the restaurant.

- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve overall business objectives

```Experience```

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

- Strong knowledge of POS systems and kitchen management software

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Solid understanding of financial management principles

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards
