Job Details

NYC REstaurant Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage two new Italian restaurants that will be opening soon.

Responsibilites / Qualifications
Must have helped open restaurants (preferably Italian) before
This firm is looking for a Chef out of a well known NYC restaurant
Worked at Michelin Starr / James Beard rated restaurants or similar restaurants.
Help create the kitchen of the new restaurants
Hiring BOH staff
Scheduling
Menu and receipe development
