Looking for a creative sous to contribute to menu planning for a high volume pizza shop.

Knows how to make pizza.
Proven prior experience in a high volume kitchen
Pizza preperation; crafting a wide variety of pizza with precesion
Must have experience hand stretching and shaping rounds
Creativity and attention to detail in menu planning and presentation
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Leadership and Communication
Food Handlers is a plus!
