Job Details

Happy Tuna is looking for a FULL TIME Overnight Baker for our up and coming inaugural dine - in location at 380 Lexington Avenue.

Our brand new dining room features a fast casual dine-in atmosphere in combination with a full scale patisserie and bakery which will run all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Qualification/Requirements – Pastry Cook/Bakers:

2 year of bakery experience but newcomers are welcomed to apply
A passion and excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
Japanese dessert experience a plus
Comfort in a high-volume/fast-paced environment with good communication skills
