**Job Overview:**

**Duties:**

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations

- Contribute to menu planning and development

- Lead & Supervise kitchen staff in executing food preparation and service. Provide training as needed

- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies

- Coordinate catering events and special functions

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices

- Familiarity with dietary department requirements

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
