Michelin Star Japanese Restaurant /Edomae Style Sushiya, is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations of the Front of the House (FOH) as well as all administration for the Restaurant.
Managing all servers
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
All FOH operations, opening and closing procedures, employee scheduling, onboarding and payroll, vendor / supplier relations and administration, invoice entry and reconciliation, food and beverage cost analysis, purchasing (non-food), Food Handling License, Department of Health (DOH), service and beverage manuals, beverage menus, beverage and glass inventory, pre and post service staff meetings, Point of Sale (POS), managing reservations via Resy, telephone, and email, guest relations, and maintenance related issues.
