Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Performance Sous Chef to assist in

the preparation and execution of meals for our professional sports team

clients. As the Executive Performance Sous Chef, you will work closely

with our leadership team to create nutritious, flavorful, and visually

appealing dishes that meet the unique dietary requirements and

preferences of professional athletes. You will play a crucial role in

maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our mission to

help athletes perform at their best through exceptional culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and prepare daily meals

for professional athletes.

• Assist in designing and developing athlete-specific menus that align

with nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.

• Oversee food preparation, ensuring the highest quality and

presentation standards.

• Supervise kitchen staff, provide guidance, and maintain a positive

work environment.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment.

• Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.

• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate innovative

techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.

Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen or

catering environment.

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Food Safety Manger Certification.

• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, especially

for athletes.

• Exceptional culinary skills and creativity in menu planning and

execution.

• Leadership and team management abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality

standards.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
