At The Table is seeking an organized and empathetic leader to join their team as a Manager.

At The Table, who just moved to their newest location (118 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne Pa 19087) has been in business since November of 2016.  Originally the restaurant was 24 seats, we have grown to 70 seats inside, 20 seats outside and procured a liquor license as well as having a one of a kind 4 seat oyster bar.  At The Table throughout the years open have recieved awards of the highest standards and are searching for more.  Recently voted as one of the 19 best tasting menu's in the country and best plating by Main Line Today, the company holds itself to a higher standard by putting hospitality and love heavily towards our guests.

Job Summary:
Our GM should oversee daily operations, ensuring customer service to the highest level and guest satisfaction is on par with the level of perfection.  Our GM would be heavily involved with managing staff, handling administrative duties and helping push our company to a greater standard.

Our GM must be in charge of interviews, training and supervision.  Working with the staff to schedule and assign duties while addressing employee concerns and disiplinary issues.  We would request our GM to conduct reviews and provide feedback to the owners.

Our GM must be able to handle every day situations and resolve them efficiently while ensure customer satisfaction.  The GM will also help with labor costs, maximizing profitability and help develop new and interesting ways to improve performance.  They will also handle cash management, including daily reconciliations and payroll.

We do ask that our GM maintains proper licensing and permits and will ensure compliance with all regulations.  

We are a small close group of staff member, we love what we do and we encourage someone who wants to join us in our quest to become greater everyday

Qualifications:

Proven experiance as a restaurant manager
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in software (i.e. Toast, Tock, POS systems, Word, Excel)
Willingness to be involved with hands on tasks and work in all areas of the restaurant as need be
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

At The Table opened in 2016 as a 25 seat restaurant in Wayne, PA. We have since grown over the years and opened our relocated restaurant even closer to the main strip and now have 70 seats inside, 20 seats outside, a 4 person oyster bar and a full liquor license.

We change our menu often and our tasting menu changes every single month. We recently got voted as 1 of the 19 best tasting menus in the country as well as best plating by Main Line Today.

Chef Alex and Tara are heavily involved in their restaurant and do everything to give the Main Line something it deserves!
