The Fried Rice Collective, founded by Chefs Scott Drewno and Danny Lee, is looking for a regional chef to join our management team. The position would mainly focus on CHIKO operations as we continue to expand the concept, while also assisting with catering and special events.
This position will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, and efficiency. This role requires a leader with a passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and a track record of successful kitchen management.

Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $100,000.00)
