Our Company:

The Crown is a 5-year-old restaurant and bar situated atop a spectacular property in the heart of Brasstown, North Carolina overlooking the John C. Campbell Folk School. Our concept is focused on celebrating traditional Southern Appalachian cooking while incorporating flavors and inspiration from global cuisines we love, with an emphasis on sourcing locally, environmental sustainability, and supporting the community.

This Position:

The General Manager of The Crown works cohesively within a team while maintaining composure under pressure. They will be responsible for the overall management of the operations of the restaurant and property and must demonstrate proficiency in the following functions: food planning and preparation, costing and purchasing, budget and financial analysis, sanitation, security, policies and procedures, HR/employee relations, and recordkeeping and reporting. 

The salary is $48,000-$60,000, depending on experience. 

• Relocation Allowance up to $1000

• Open Wednesday - Saturday for dinner and Sunday for brunch
